Code of Conduct
The Panelcorp Group is a signatory and subscribes to the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Repair Industry Code of Conduct.
The principles of the code are to promote transparent, informed, effective and co-operative relationships between smash repairers and insurance companies based on mutual respect and open communication.
The code also provides standards for all interaction with clients and the coverage of related warranties.
